Governs LAIC. Responsible for oversight, fiduciary responsibility, strategy and organizational accountability. During startup, the Board may also help build and launch the organization.
Advisory Council
Provides expertise and perspective. Advises LAIC but does not govern the organization.
Partner Alliance
Organizations participating in LAIC's ongoing network. Partner Alliance membership does not provide governance authority.
Community
The people LAIC serves and listens to. Community participation does not require membership.
